Brand Design: 4 weeks
Website Design: 6-8 weeks
Brand + Web Design: 8-10 weeks
Monthly Retainer Branding: up to 3 days, depending on project
For brand and web design packages, our clients have the option to pay in full up front OR to make a 50% deposit and then pay the remaining balance one week prior to launch.
Payment plans may not be available on lower value packages and will be offered at the designer’s discretion.
For retainer packages, 50% payment is due prior to the start of the service period and a reoccuring, automatic draft for the remaining contract.
Once your project is complete and your final payment has been received, you will receive files or a direct download link to any files as well as get access to your website.
Logo files will be provided in vector formats: AI, EPS, JPG, PDF, PNG, and PSD.
We work with WordPress, Squarespace, and Wix.
We also work with MaxGiving Auction websites.
Yes! Printing and worldwide shipping is available.
Please note that 1) the client is responsible for any and all printing and shipping costs associated with their order, and 2) the time required for print production, processing and shipping is not included in the design turnaround window, but will follow subsequently and begin on the date which your order is placed by the designer with respect to the print cut off times.
Yes! We very much understand and believe that we all should focus our energy on the things we do best and for you that is running your business, so leave the maintenance to us.
This may include: performing general updates, adding or removing to your site, publishing, editing or updating content as well as blog posts, adding testimonials, updating images, revising product descriptions, adding or removing inventory, etc.
