UnBridal 2017

In August 2016, our group was asked to participate and share insight of charitable gala and event design for UnBridal. The concept of UnBridal came with one goal in mind: to showcase innovative design in the wedding industry by giving back to the city we love. Of course, we said YES! And we were eager to jump in and get started.

UnBridal will unveil an unconventional way to view bridal design concepts, by highlighting the bursting talent of local wedding designers and professionals.

The first order of business for BPCG was to create branding that was tailored for the wedding industry with a sophisticated, contemporary-flair.  Our vision behind the branding process led us to push our designs throughout all aspects used for marketing UnBridal.  The invitation featured a Savoy Bright White letterpress stock with clear foil stamping, for a tone-on-tone look.  This is one of the most luxurious and timeless invitations we have ever created.

Once the UnBridal team was in place, we selected our local non-profit organization, One by One Project.  One by One Project provides awareness and education about the global and local problems that human trafficking presents. In addition, One by One Project also implements pre-care through street outreach, survivor care and resourcing.  Their efforts extend to more than victim services, as they have hosted over 37 events and educated more than 1,100 people with their presentations.

Held on January 26 and 27 at 7:00 p.m. at The Brass on Baltimore, during National Human Trafficking Awareness Month, UnBridal will benefit One by One Project in the fight against human trafficking in the Kansas City Metropolitan-area. UnBridal is honored to feature exquisite fashion designs by Marlo Ford and Katie Lee Custom. Purchase tickets to UnBridal and come see the unified vision of many elite vendors in the bridal industry.
