Manage and execute layout and design of the event by integrating your brand into every detail; from marketing to favors
Partner with your organization to provide joint marketing strategy and generate exposure through sponsorship development
Propose talented event partners with your organizations’ mission in mind
Oversee the marketing budget in conjunction with your organization to ensure that the event is as profitable as possible
Attend key committee meetings
Create effective fundraising proposals to cultivate new and existing sponsorship opportunities and programs for additional fundraising
Create a show flow that may include, but not limited to: presentation timeline, presentation content, sound, lighting, A/V, etc. All enhanced with volunteer scheduling.
Manage and execute the logistics of the event as a point of contact so that you and your team can focus on donor relations in executing your mission
